6. If stream or pond exists on property:
 | Are there signs of streambank erosion? |
| Is there heavy algae growth, odor or thick sediment on the stream bed or dead fish? |
| For ponds, check for dam stability and leaks. |
| Trees should not be growing on the dam. |
| Are overflow structures adequate? |
| Is the dike/dam sound? |
